We had a hell of a time getting pregnant. It was literally hell. It was awful. Loss after loss. And we had this idea of a walking and talking movie about a cosplaying couple at a comic con. We had this image of her killing him with a lightsaber. Then we realized the couple just lost a baby and they are trying to escape their grief by doing something that used to give them joy. A Bad Feeling was born.  And low and behold we got pregnant while we were shooting it.
